If you're as into gadgets as our pal Brian Lam, Editorial Director of Gizmodo, you've got a lot on your gdgt list -- and a lot of love for some of those things. I recently sat down with Brian to find out what he's rocking these days, and I've gotta say, besides having one of the best jobs in the biz (where, admittedly, he and I used to go toe-to-toe daily), I love the story of Brian's gadget life, and how he's able to incorporate gear into his many outdoor adventures. Hell of a guy with a hell of a gadget habit -- check Brian out on gdgt, Twitter, and, of course, at Gizmodo!

He didn't actually show any cellphone but he said that he preferred typing on his iPhone rather than his netbook so I assume he has an iPhone.
I didn't see his cell. Perhaps I rushed through that part... I assume its an iphone?
Great feature. Would love to see more of these.
Good stuff, would definitely enjoy more of these.
Nice vid! I remembered when you broadcasted live from the line to buy the first gen Iphone. That was fun to watch too!
Great video and thanks to Brian for sharing this with us :)
Nice video. I'm also looking forward to more of this. Brain, you're cool, and much more reasonable than the others at Giz make you seem ;) I had the exact same thought about the 13" MBP. Although I will probably go for the mythical iSlate™ — and stick with my 15" MBP — should it see the light of day and allow handwriting input.
Very cool. I'd like to see more videos like this featuring different people in the industry.
I was surprised at the simplicity of the devices Brian chooses to use. It's very commendable, because he doesn't have the latest and greatest hardware, even if they aren't new or even good products. Shows a real knowledge of tech that goes beyond geek-dom and fanboyism. Gotta admire that.
I totally know what he's talking about for the game boy light peripheral. I had one of those on my original game boy as well! Great interview... Veronica Belmont was the producer? She is too cute to be on the other side of that lens. Veronica, come out and get back on the camera! :-P
